Prices are estimates only. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, car seats, etc. The final charge will be determined upon ride completion.

Cancellations in NYC require 5 hours’ notice. Cancellations for a Stretch Limousine or Sprinter Van require 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations for Specialty Vehicles and any size Buses require 7 days’ notice. Cancellations for any Prom reservation require 14 days’ notice. A cancellation fee will be charged in full, plus tip and taxes.

Cancellations for international reservations require 48 hours’ notice. State-to-state reservations require 6 hours’ notice.

By providing a full name, credit card information, billing address, and email address, the customer gives Eilat Limousine and Corp Security Inc. the authorization to charge the credit card on file for services, cancellations, additional fees, and no-shows.

All deposits are non-refundable. The company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for sanitation and any damage to the limousine caused during the rental duration by them or any members of their party. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles in the fleet. Overtime will apply after the first 10 minutes of the prearranged time described on the run sheet. We are not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., roads not salted, accidents, etc.). We are not responsible for articles left in the cars. Balances for cash trips must be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
