I have used Eilat for many years and they continue to deliver excellent customer service which makes the entire travel experience   I found this attention to customer service to be extremely helpful in my recent foreign travel. Eilat service representatives are very quick to assist, answer questions, reach out to make sure everything is ok and very responsive when changes are needed.
